I Don't Know About Tomorrow

...untravelled pathways...
...not knowing what lies ahead...
...more sorrow...
...more dissapointment...
...it strikes fear to my heart...

Arigato Gozaimasu my Dear friend
for reminding me of several scripture versus
i once came across but forgotten along the way

T'was Moses' encouragement to the Israelites:
"Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."
- Deuteronomy 31:6 -

And from the Almighty One himself:
"...Never will i leave you;
Never will i forsake you."
- Hebrews 13:5 -

...he said to trust the Lord for direction and provision...
and left me with a song i loved...

I Know Who Holds Tomorrow

I don't know about tomorrow,
I just live from day to day.
I don't borrow from its sunshine,
For its skies may turn to gray.
I don't worry o'er the future,
For i know what Jesus said,
And today i'll walk beside Him,
For He knows what is ahead.

Many things about tomorrow,
I don't seem to understand.
But I know who holds tomorrow,
and i know who holds my hand.

Every step is getting brighter,
As the golden stairs i climb;
Every burden's getting lighter,
Every cloud is silver lined.
There the sun is always shining,
There no tear will dim the eyes;
At the ending of the rainbow,
Where the mountains touch the sky.

Many things about tomorrow,
I don't seem to understand.
But i know who holds tomorrow,
and i know who holds my hand.

I don't know about tomorrow,
It may bring me poverty;
But the One who feeds the sparrow,
Is the One who stands by me.
And the path that be my portion,
May be through the flame or flood,
But His presence goes before me,
And i'm covered with His blood.

Many things about tomorrow,
I don't seem to understand.
But i know who holds tomorrow,
and i know who holds my hand.

Arigato once again
...for being there...
...for being patient...
even though i wasn't being friendly with you

T-T

I Let Myself Fall

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

Finally got off the hook after a long while
Did the usual 10km this morning
The pain's still there
but i persevered,
collapsed,
landed on my knees,
and
teared

It came naturally
...not because i forced it
...not because it hurt

I've begun to fall
into my own footsteps
of an unknown depth

...and this is just the beginning...

Fishing Something Outta My Brain

Fishing Something Outta My Brain

yoOHoo human beans checkin out mah blog, i'm back!
dying to read my next post yea? [syioksendiri]

Been quite busy doing goodness-knows-what
Either that or i'm just not making enough time for this poor blog
I THINKthinkthink i've got quite a bit to update on
whether or not it pops into mind is another thing
Alrighty! Let's see what we've got under that rusty skull.

Grandpap Story #1
[ Mid Autumn Festival ]

That's right. Lantern festival. Candle festival. WhatchaMayCallit.
Tell me what's so significant about this festival?

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
Exactly, a clear view of a full moon.
Not to mention the myths about how this festival came along
The Lady. The WoodChopper. The Bunny.
[ heeheehee, i make it sound so simple ]

My point is that there wasn't a full moon in sight that night
Plus, it drizzle for a short while.
[ Man-made rain it seems coz of the haze ]
Anyhow, i did manage to light candles and lovely lanterns
... like a kiddo -_-"
Overdose of enthusiasm, more than them little kiddos'
embarassing-nya!!
I'd better just post some pictures before i embarass myself any further
[ takde muka jumpa orang nanti ]

Happy Belated Mid Autumn Festival!
[ Hmph...didn't get to burn snails and fossilize ants ]

Grandpap Story #2
[ Seafood@KingCrab ]

Mmhmm...Seafood Seafood!
Yeala yeala, i know you guys can eat seafood anytime
Butbutbut, for poor people like me
Good food = Special Occasions
Like how wintermelon soup is the equivalent of sharkfin shoup
Right.

Anyway, KingCrab's food was absolutely delish.
Oh so scrumptious and lip-smackering. mmMmm~!
Then again, I hadn't had anything for the day
[ except breakfast la, hohohoho ]
Let alone the fact that dinner was at 2100 and me so HUNGRY
Why?
Dad was chatting away happily with business partner, forgot about us starving
Dad brought us all the way to Kepong for Seafood at some restaurant and it so happened that
the restaurant CLOSES on MONDAYS
How?
Drove all the way back to our Garden instead. BummerZ.

Ah well, at least the food was I-chi-Ban!
Enough said.
Let me show you some live sea creatures

Spot the not.
Two are from KingCrab's and Two are not.
[ posted them up merely because they look yummy mmMmm~! ]
But why bother anyway?

Don't drown yourselves in sweat now people
Save the fluid for salivating

[ don't blame me if you get dehydrated ]

All gotcha buckets ready? Here We GO!!!

The ButterCrab's gravy was ooh-so-heavenly!
SteamCrab's meat was sweet and fresh!
FriedSquid was awesome!
and the BREAD...
Had i continue to think that it was rock solid like baguettes
I can go bang my head on the wall

Who's up for SweetSoftBread and ButterCrab?
Come on.

There's blackGold too.

Grandpap Story #3
[ Steamboat @somewhere-near-my-garden ]

Have you met a grandpap who keeps talking about food? lol
O-k-A-Y-!
My apologies this time for forgetting the name of the restaurant
Some Damansara Village or something

I can always show you lovely people the way there
[ and you can repay my kindness by inviting me to join you for lunch/dinner]

Bloop Bloop bloop
in they go for a swim!
Gabloopbloop Gabloopbloop
out they come and into MY mouth

Boohoo... I lied. Soweee.
Apparently seafood causes inflammation of the injured area
Can see cannot eat

I was only allowed NOTHING BUT fish and vege
So while they feasted on the goodies
I feasted my EYES on balloon swords, umbrellas, poodles...
The kids were swarming around the balloon man
They kept coming back asking for more
Too bad i don't have a picture of a little boy
who was fully loaded with balloons
...sword, shield, helmet, belt...
Can go fight Goliath already la

Overall, it's a must-try restaurant
[ Though i only tasted the fish and vege ]
So bring me along if you're planning to pay it a visit
I'm counting on it
[ oh did i mention that Patrick Teoh was there taking orders? Was a DJ for Radio 4.
No wonder sounded so familiar ]

Grandpap Story #4
[ Princess Hours ]
хоо [ correct? ]
or
Palace

Proud to say that i'm addicted to this K-Drama
Reminds me of FullHouse
Although some parts are a bit draggy and slow
[ typical of K-dramas to be that way ]
I'd say don't miss out on this entertaining drama
[ if he finds out that i'm encouraging others to watch, i'm dead ]

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
[Cute+Funny][Tall+Cool][*u label*][Mine!Mine!MINE!]

Ah well, it's worth watching
If you don't like it
then i don't friend you! EAT YOU!
